Delivery spans multiple upgrade projects across Glenala State High School, Ormeau State School, Taigum State School and Kenmore State School.
Works include refurbishment of student and staff amenities, accessibility upgrades, roofing and ceiling works, and expansion and fitout of operational school canteens. Each site requires a tailored approach while maintaining consistency in delivery.
All works are undertaken within operational school environments, requiring disciplined staging, strict safety controls and close coordination with school leadership. Construction activities are carefully planned to maintain safe access for students and staff, ensuring teaching and daily operations continue without disruption.
Refurbishment works include selective demolition, structural modifications and internal reconfiguration, alongside installation of durable finishes suited to high-use environments.
Building services are integrated across each project, including mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, fire and exhaust systems, coordinated within existing buildings and often under constrained access conditions.
Canteen upgrades involve expansion and fitout of operational facilities, including installation of commercial kitchen equipment and associated services, requiring careful sequencing to maintain functionality.
Roofing and ceiling works are delivered within occupied buildings, supported by staged construction and temporary protection measures to manage weather exposure and maintain safety.
Delivered under a Design and Construct model, the programme requires ongoing coordination across multiple sites, stakeholders and timeframes to maintain consistency in quality, safety and delivery.
