Price Street Apartments is a five-storey residential development in the heart of Subiaco, delivering 31 apartments with ground floor activation and shared resident spaces.
The project was structured across forward works and main works stages, ensuring the site was properly prepared before vertical construction commenced.

Early works included piling, crane base installation and site setup, creating the conditions required to move directly into structural delivery without delay.
The site sits within a constrained inner-suburban environment, requiring careful coordination of access, deliveries and sequencing. Within these constraints, the team completed the installation of 241 piles, together with basement foundations and raft slabs.
The development responds to its context through material selection and design, referencing the area’s industrial heritage while incorporating shared spaces including a café, guest accommodation and rooftop garden.
Working under a construction management model, the project requires close collaboration across trades and stakeholders to maintain programme and respond to site conditions as works progress.
