Delivery brings together demolition, earthworks, structure and full services integration across a multi-residential development designed for long-term use.
A mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments supports a diverse range of residents, introducing complexity across planning, layout and services coordination.
Construction includes full integration of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire systems, alongside internal fitout and external works, all aligned to performance and compliance requirements.
Landscaped communal areas contribute to the overall liveability of the development while maintaining durability and ease of maintenance.
Delivered within an established urban environment, the project requires careful coordination of access, infrastructure and ongoing works.
The result is housing designed not just to be delivered, but to perform over time.
