A targeted workplace refresh for Davidson, delivered within an existing Level 12 tenancy in Brisbane’s CBD.
The project reworked the office around the way the team uses the space, introducing new meeting rooms, upgraded workstations, refined finishes and carefully coordinated services without overbuilding what was already working.

The Davidson tenancy was refreshed through a targeted fitout that improved the flow of workspaces and created a more functional environment for staff and clients.
The works included selective demolition, new partitions and glazing, workstation upgrades, furniture relocation, lighting, power, mechanical works, floor finishes, painting, joinery and services coordination.
A key part of the project was making better use of what was already in place. Existing furniture, meeting tables, televisions and workstation tops were retained or relocated where possible, allowing the office to be reshaped without unnecessary replacement.
New glazed and plasterboard partitions created updated meeting and work areas, while sit-to-stand bases were installed to existing workstation tops to support a more flexible workplace.
Delivered within a live CBD office environment, the project required careful staging, services coordination and close management of noise, access and disruption. The result is a refreshed Davidson workplace that feels more considered, more functional and ready for continued use.
