A complete fitout of a 1,055m² tenancy delivered a modern workplace designed to support collaboration, flexibility and day-to-day operations.
The layout includes a meet and greet area, boardrooms, meeting rooms, collaboration zones, staff facilities and open-plan work areas. Flexibility was prioritised through operable walls and adaptable meeting spaces to support changing workplace needs.
Architectural finishes were delivered to a high standard, including detailed joinery, feature ceilings and carefully integrated lighting elements. These components required close coordination to maintain alignment with both design intent and programme requirements.
Building services were fully integrated across the tenancy, including mechanical and electrical upgrades, new distribution boards and lighting systems, alongside fully integrated audio-visual solutions. These systems were coordinated within ceiling and structural constraints to maintain both performance and design outcomes.
Selective demolition and ceiling modifications supported the open ceiling design and integration of services, requiring careful sequencing and coordination across trades.
Procurement played a critical role in delivery. Long-lead items including flooring, lighting and finishes were secured early through a structured procurement strategy, allowing the programme to be maintained despite supply chain pressures.
Working within an occupied commercial building required strict control of noise, dust and access, alongside staged works to minimise disruption to surrounding tenants.
Completion was achieved on programme through coordination across design, procurement and construction.
