Delivered across Levels 8 and 9, the fitout transforms the base building into a contemporary workplace designed for flexibility, collaboration and performance.
At the centre of the project is a bespoke interconnecting spiral staircase, linking both floors and acting as a key architectural feature. Its delivery required detailed structural coordination, tight tolerances and close collaboration between trades to achieve both design intent and buildability.
The project involved a full integration of services, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire systems, all coordinated within complex ceiling conditions and access flooring constraints. Each element was installed, tested and commissioned to meet performance and compliance requirements without compromising the architectural outcome.
A key challenge arose when specified ceiling systems became unavailable. Working closely with the design team, a bespoke ceiling and grid system was developed to maintain the original design intent without programme or cost impact.
Internal finishes were delivered to a high standard, with detailed joinery, feature elements and carefully selected materials contributing to the overall quality of the space. The level of finish required consistent coordination across all trades to ensure alignment with the architectural vision.
Delivered within a live CBD environment, the works were staged to minimise disruption and maintain building operations. Detailed planning, sequencing and ongoing communication with stakeholders ensured the project progressed safely and efficiently.
This project demonstrates the importance of coordination, problem solving and disciplined delivery in achieving high-quality fitout outcomes within complex environments.
