Delivered within a compressed programme, the fitout was completed over a seven-week period, with design development and construction running concurrently.
Close coordination across architectural, mechanical, electrical and hydraulic disciplines ensured documentation, procurement and construction progressed in parallel without impacting quality or programme.
The fitout includes a mix of open-plan workspaces, executive offices, meeting rooms and breakout areas, designed to support day-to-day operations and collaboration. Internal finishes were delivered to a high standard, including custom joinery, feature ceilings and detailed material selections aligned with the client’s corporate identity.
Acoustic performance formed a key component of the works. Targeted treatments were integrated across meeting spaces and open areas to support confidential discussions and focused work environments, requiring coordination across structure, services and finishes.
Building services were fully upgraded, including installation and commissioning of new mechanical, electrical and fire systems. Supplementary mechanical units and revised lighting layouts were integrated within the constraints of the existing building.
Working within an occupied multi-tenancy building required detailed staging, after-hours works and strict access management to maintain safety and minimise disruption to other tenants.
Despite supply chain pressures and ongoing design development, practical completion was achieved in line with the client’s required move-in date.
Delivery relied on maintaining coordination and control across all stages of the programme.
